This guide explains how to configure Tap as a payment method in your Fathershops store. 

  • Log in to your FatherShops Dashboard

  • Go to Apps -> Payments

  • Find Tap & click Settings

  • Tap Merchant ID -Enter your Tap Merchant ID, available in your Tap Dashboard.

  • Tap Username -Enter your Tap account username.

  • Password -Enter your Tap account password.

  • API Key -Enter the API key provided in your Tap Dashboard.

  • Test Mode-Toggle between Yes or No:

    • Yes: Use for testing transactions

    • No: Enable live payments

  • Total- Enter the minimum order amount required for the Tap payment method to appear at checkout.
    The payment option will only be visible when the cart total reaches this amount.

  • Order Status -Select the order status from the dropdown.
    This status will be applied to orders placed using Tap in your Fathershops store.

  • Geo Zones -Select the geographic zones where Tap should be available.

  • Status -Enable or disable the Tap payment method.

  • Sort Order -Set the display order of Tap on the checkout page.
    Lower numbers appear higher in the payment methods list.

  • Click Save to apply your settings.
