The total sales in Fathershops represent the cumulative revenue generated from the sale of products since the establishment of the store. It serves as a comprehensive measure of the total value of products sold by the store owner.


To access the revenue information for your store on the Fathershops platform, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your Fathershops dashboard.
  2. Locate the gear icon associated with the total sales section.
  3. Click on the gear icon to access the settings.
  4. From the settings menu, select the desired order status for which you wish to view the revenue.




If you choose the "All order statuses" option and save it, the total sales displayed will represent the sum of sales from all order statuses.


Alternatively, you can click on a specific order status to view the sales generated from that particular list of orders. If you select multiple statuses from the list, the displayed total sales will show the combined sum of sales from those selected statuses.
